  • Exceptional relax experience

    Excellent service and great facilities. At the restaurant waiter Erik recommended us to taste the French toast, besides the desert was delicious, he gaved us great service. I loved how the hotel and room smell. We recommend less louder music at the pool in order to keep a relax environment.

  • The spa, best facial I’ve had in my life

    I did the citrus facial and 5 days later my husband is still telling me my skin is as soft as a baby’s bottom! The foot bath to start as well as the singing bowl at the beginning and end elevated the entire experience to a ritual feeling. Will do again next time I’m in San Miguel!

  • Amazing Garden Bar, gorgeous views

    Gorgeous setting, great food! Armando and José are the best. Beautiful place for an afternoon lunch. Beautiful views of a century old reservoir. Great food and drinks! Very nice place to spend an afternoon.

    Super bad service , noice the whole evening a party, food and beverage is very below standard.Really if you like to have disco in your room go there.No wines in stock and Asian food has nothing to do with Asian food. The availability of the staff to help out is zero. And that comes all for free for only 600 dollars a night

  • Excellent Weekend trip.

    It has been a fabulous experience staying here. My 2 year old, my wife and myself enjoyed every bit of it. We also traveled with colleagues to celebrate the end of year and we all enjoyed the venues and rooms. The service was excellent from day one. Thanks for a great mini vacation.

  • Luxury and Service at their highest.

    It's our second time in this hotel in less than year. We loved it from the first visit, so we decided to celebrate our XXV aniversary. And it was worth it , we had a great time.At Zibu, we ate like kings, not only for the cooking, which is amazing, but for the personal atention of Daniel (Chef) and Hector (Waiter) who made sure that we had the perfect picture moment. Thank you Guys
